My message to you:

A little over two years ago I was  a real estate investor and had been for over 20 years.  When the recession hit California I held a lot of real estate to the tune of approx. 5 million dollars worth.  I was fixing and flipping homes at the time and most of my real estate was getting ready to be put on the market, and most of it was in the state of Arizona, well normally you have some warning a recession is coming and usually it starts with a slow down and then you go into a recession, not so in Arizona, it was as if someone went over to the wall and turned of the switch and just like that just about all of the investors in Arizona were in big trouble, the reason: Too many investors flipping homes which meant too many homes up for sale, the investors were not buying anymore and the number of homes on the market exceeded the number of people even living in Arizona so there was no way that the investors were going to make it out of this situation.  Long story short my ife and I lost everything, all of our investment property and eventually our own home.

We of course were devastated, we had a great life, very comfortable and not a care in the world.  For all purposes we were out of the real estate business, what were we going to do next?  I had been for years wanting to get into the internet, I had heard so much about it and how much money you could make from it.  So we began our journey into the world wide web.

It seemed easy enough pretty straightforward.  I started to learn the various methods and systems that people were using.  I started to look at every new shiny course that the Guru’s were selling, after all they said I could make my fortune with their course, I would start to study their system and then, oh no not another shiny course, go that one and you know the rest of this story.

The home study courses were not working, not because some of them weren’t good but because I go caught up in the shiny object syndrome.  So I thought what the heck I’ll just email some of these big Guru’s and tell them my story of how I had lost everything and they will be willing to help a fellow newbie internet marketer, for their privacy I won’t mention any names but I must have written to over 10-15 Gurus asking for their help, you know how many Guru’s emailed me back?  I should say do you know how many Guru’s emailed me back that were willing to help a down on their luck family!  The answer is zero, nada, nobody, goose eggs, well you get the message.  I think there was a total of 2 emails that I even received back and they were not even from the Guru.

I got a lot of yea sure we will help you just send us a check for $10,000 per hour and we will be glad to help you out.  I must tell you that I was very surprised by the lack of help.  You see I had come from the real estate and construction background and in the business world when someone ask if you would be their mentor it was a privelage to be asked and I never thought to ask anybody to pay me to help them.  I know that the Guru’s are in business to make money it’s marketing and I fully understand that .

I won’t bore you with any more of the dirty details I just wanted to let you know a little of my background.  I know we are still in a recession and many millions of people are hurting because of it, many have lost their jobs that they have been on for 10, 15 and 20 years and almost ready for retirement, and boom they get fired.  Many more millions are losing their homes and posessions and don’t know where their next paycheck is coming from to feed their family.

Many of those people like myself have turned to the internet for salvation.  I know how it feels to not be able to take care of my own family, I have been there and now I want to help you.  Nobody was there to help me when I needed it the most and I know that feeling of just wanting a little help and getting rejected.  I want to hear from you that have been affected by this recession, tell me what you are trying to do on the internet and I will help you when I can.  Write post on this blog and you will hear back from me.  I promise you.

You will see items that are for sell on my blog, these are all things that I have tested and have found to be very helpful in making money on the internet.  Before I can help, you will need to get some education and learn the very basics first.  Just don’t get sick with the shiny object disease.

Again, thank you for coming to my blog, I really do appreciate it and I will be there for you.  I don’t have the secret to making $45,000 overnight while you sleep, or how you can make $10,000 while talking to your Grandmother for 20 minutes.  It takes a while to make some good money but hang in there don’t give up and it will happen for you.  You can get back on your feet again and there is light at the end of this very dark tunnel.
